Will the fanfest videos be offered for free soon?

There's a lot of videos on the CCP Twitch page I wanted to check out from this year's fanfest. Unfortunately, I am not willing to part with $20 post-fanfest in order to gain access to them.

Will these videos be made available for free at some point? If so, is there a rough estimate as to when?
