Looking to buy some mining for casual isk income.

T2 ice and stip mining lasers prefered as well as Skiff/Machnaw capable.

Mining boosters a nice bonus same as being able to fly a orca with boosts

Must also have T2 shield tank and T2 Mining upgrades capable.

My needs are simple. Have 2 free slots so looking for 2 toons.

Budget 2bil+ for each starting out mining toon. maybe more for more SP and better skilled.
