BIG Problem, help pls .... account Steam problem

Hi all, thx to reading me...

I downloaded the game by steam, and play on it... And today i choosed to upgrade my account from eve online site. .. but it upgrade my other account ( eve account) without char on it !

Then my steam account is still trial version... and the other without char is subscribed.

I want transfert my char from steam account to eve official account ... but i can't log in the site with my steam account because there is forbbiden char in the username "STEAM::1113***** " and when i try with the option : connect via steam, it's written that an error appeared.... with an error code ..

Some one can help me ? :x

Petition it ? i don't know how, sorry i'm french ^^ i just send a ticket about it but no answer yet

Yeah that It's. Support ticket. I think you should wait and perhaps try to google around and see if this has happend to someone else.

already tried ...just on google : how play with steam account if the error appear, mais it's to play here, it's to connect to the website ... I understand the problem : i subcribe the official account and not the steam ... but i just want transfert my char to the old steam account to the new eve account :(
