FanFest HD Stream NOT in Voucher Center [RESOLVED]

So I am just putting this out there..

I bought the HD stream yesterday and my Voucher Center remains empty. Can I please have someone whose NOT sucked into CCP activities at FanFest fix this so I can get what I paid for? Support ticket is logged but I doubt I am going to get an answer soon.

Thanks for your response but outside of title and topic that has nothing to do with my issue. That topic has to do with a link being incorrect, I have not received anything. Hence the title.

Have you bought HD stream from EVE account management or directly on Twitch?

I emailed support@ccp... and got a response in a few minutes with my stream issues from a senior GM. It was just before the stream started - so they definitely are 'working today' - I guess just real busy...
