FanFest 2014 HD Stream Issue

Twitch don't let me redeem the HD Stream Code....

"Sorry, subscriptions not available currently for this product"

can anyone help me with this issue?

I already bought and paid for this HD stream through EVE account management (as my shirt indicates).

Now Twitch is asking me to purchase it again? And the previous link takes me to the "buy it now" page in the EVE Account Page also??

Looks like you bought stream in EVE account management but never redeemed stream code in your twitch account.
Follow this instruction from voucher center:

NOTE: you will need to have a valid Twitch account in order to redeem the code. If you do not have a Twitch account then you can set one up for free by clicking on the ‘Sign Up’ tab and following the on-screen instructions
1. Select the ‘Log In’ tab and enter your Twitch username and password. You will then enter the ‘payment information’ screen
2. Enter the code in the ‘coupon code’ box
3. Validate the code by clicking the purple button next to the box (with two arrows forming a circle).
4. Click on the ‘Redeem Free Coupon’ text to complete the transaction

Ah, thank you for clarifying that! I had redeemed the code within the EVE Account management and thought that was it.
