Sandora cannot make use of jump drives capable ships, which the jump skills contain a sizable amount of SP. I would have to inject a racial cap skill and train before these skill were even useful, so I disagree your jump skills are a strong selling point. Further subcap skills are lackluster (can't even use t2 lights drones or battlecruisers).

With that in Mind I'll offer you 6b.
