[WTB] Moros pilot

Need a Moros pilot that is able to siege and also able to fly T2 fit Megas (with sentries, ideally T2).

Additional bonus would be if it has Hacking/Arch/Salvage V and if it can fly any T2 ships (particularly a HIC) and if it's carrier capable.

Budget is ~10B
