Tbh you should try bulk mailing lists and in-game channel like manufacturing.

Please note that you should workout few details in advance.
- What do you consider bulk - 10, 50, 100, 1000 pcs per week?
I had a guy coming with bulk order that was in a range of 1% of my production capacity. 20 items per week is not bulk.
- Also how much of the discount you expect for bulk?
Bulk manufacturing raises price of materials locally so someone could supply 10pcs at lets say 20mil per piece but 50 pcs at 22mil per piece.
- Who pays delivery to Jita because bulk requires more pilots and freighters, maybe even outsourcing transport to frog service.
- What kind of materials do you provide (minerals or moon goo or?!) and is it at discounted price? Who pays delivery of materials and to where? All those details are important because as of now your post is very vague for anyone to contact you.

Without all those details you wont get many offers and from personal experience I worked with one client that was putting together about 400 hulls per week for his alliance, T1 frig and cruisers with fits, and had suppliers for parts of the full kit which he then was selling to allaince. For example one guy provided prop mods, the other only amarr frigate hulls and so forth. There were like 30 suppliers involved.
