Kill Right notification

So... Ever seen that freighter undock with a 0 ISK Kill Right and someone buys it on the undock allowing the pilot to realise the error of his ways and dock up?

I propose that a feature is added where when a Kill Right is purchased, a global notification popup appears saying:


Quote:
"Pilot ABC activated a Kill Right on Pilot 123. Pilot 123 may now be legally shot at without CONCORD intervention"


(Popup to appear on-screen just like a global duel notification)

I ask this so we can at least see which person activated the Kill Right and kill them over and over and over again for their stupidity for not allowing the Kill Right to warp off before activating.

I dont see any major problems with this, doesnt really change the mechanic, just does what warp scambling already does.

My thoughts exactly. Shouldn't take much to code either. Just a simple little tweak to the UI

When a kill right is activated, the "victim" turns suspect. They start flashing on your overview! Is a tactical notification really more noticeable than this?

It has nothing to do with being noticeable. Its more for clarification on who paid for the kill right.
