New Client Crashing

New client seems to be crashing quite a bit (v 2.1.655130) now when exiting warp at a station, or trying to dock at a station.

4 crashes in 30 minutes, all at station, multiple chars.

Posted in GD. Same problem here. Post patch client keep on crashing when dock or undock from station. Almost lost my ship due to this bug...

Yep same here crashing EVERY time I enter a station

FIXED : EVE Repair tool fixed the issue. Several files in the res/ folder were missing

Same here for me.

Had two crashes just after DT today with the new patch after docking - one instance the dock was successful and the other not.

AMD 6800 GPU
Intel i7
Windows 8.1

Everything up to date software/driver wise.

Same issue.

Crash when I dock. Does not always happen but it has happened a lot and now again.

Decided to say screw it maybe there will be patch after DT tommorow.

One .exe stop during salvaging wrecks, one stop when docking. Seems fairly random to me. Direct X11.

Custom ship skins, character creator style "repaint". Bring it!

Same here, never crashed once until now real pain needs to be fixed.

Tried all the normal fixes, clear cache, reinstall full and settings no change.

Dx11 & Dx9 no change etc.

Almost lost my ship.

There is no fix for this issues tried it on my other 2 PC's as well same thing every time.

jeeez, can this please be fixed?! it's annoying.. my client crashes nearly every docking on station...

Ive had 3 crashes in the space of 10 minutes, and not whilst undocking this time, i was just flying around in space.

One message was about the socket being closed I think.

Client keeps crashing for me on docking and un-docking. Repairing the client does not resolve. Almost lost a ship and a pod to this issue, the game is unplayable for me in this condition.

Happy to try and assist, hopefully this will be sorted out next DT. Please fix this CCP.

Update, crashes at session changes.

Having the same dock/undock crashes.

Repair didnt fix the issue.

Heard thru the grape-vine that turning off sound will stop the crashing-client while docking.
I disabled sound and waala, it works.
Kind of a bummer not having sound, forces ya to stay glued to the screen for everything.

(Windows 8.0, Intel i7, Nvidia 560GTX)

Having same issue. Repair did not work. i don't want to play with no sound.....all this for a launcher background change?? What was the point of this patch anyway??

Yeah, it's crashing a hell of a lot after today's patch.

It's mostly just after docking it crashes, it displays the inside of the station then instantly crashes the client. About approx a third of the time I dock the client crashes.

However, also had a couple of crashes outside Jita.


My system is pretty stable, this is the first time I've ever seen the eve client crash like this. Win8 64bit, i5 2600, 6850.

Same issue here as well.

Crashes on docking every single time. Repairing did not fix the issue.
