Combat Boosters

OK so it seems clear that combat boosters are going to get a little buff at some point in the near future. Instead of removing all drawbacks I would prefer a few minor changes.

1: Reduce boost by a small amount and create a new skill that gives a bonus to the booster positive effect, with lvl V the boost should be getting towards 4/5% more than current boosters (@lvl5 synth boosters should be about a 6% bonus so will need a small buff to their base). At lvl4 boost is just under current levels etc.

2: Increase the reduction of the side effect chance and amount by increasing the bonuses the relevant skills give. (up to 10/15% per level for current drawback levels)

(point one and two will mean that people will have to skill train to really get the best out of droogs)

3: Increase the amount of Ladar exploration sites throughout eve giving people a reason to do them. Drop the skillbooks for boosters in these sites more regularly, these books will be valuable so people hopefully will actually investigate a ladar sig if they get one.

4: Reduce the volume of gas & give a minor buff to the harvestable amount in clouds & increase the effectiveness of gas harvesters. At the moment 40km3 of *.cytocerosin will yield approx 170 standard boosters in 8 ish days. The effect of this will be that the gas is easier to mine and transport to trade hubs, increasing sales volumes and increasing the amount of boosters on the market.
*NOTE* gas mining needs to be more efficient, people dont harvest gas as its too much of a chore

5: Increase the yield slightly for pure booster reactions.

6: DO NOT change the reaction process. Its easy enough as is. I explained how to do it to someone with pos experience in about 10 mins. Posses are not hard to manage especially with the recent release, people are just lazy. I am not.

Overall This should mean:
An increase in production volume
Increase in sales
Increase in usage
Booster prices should stay stable or 'near' current levels
I still make monies from my hard work :P
