Windows minimize slowly under TIDI

Window effects, such as appearing and hiding animations, appear to be based on the TIDI clock, rather than the real-time clock.

I do not imagine this can be intentional to have purposefully laggy UI.

This is at least partially intentional, but I agree that it does not make a lot of sense in many cases. At the moment nearly all animations are dilated, without distinguishing between animations for game features, which should be dilated (for example targeting animations), and UI features like minimizing a window.
