needs work on the gunnery but nearly what you want, very tight training, would be hard set to find someone of his sp that can fly more ships or as well.

Has a bit of indie but other then that it really does have what you are looking for dictors 5 also here soon all t2 pvp mods gun and missiles and pvp ships for that matter. can fly them very effectively also
