I am looking for a high SP minmatar subcap and I have a great budget for it. You should have High Gunnery skills, fitting skills, SSC skills should be focused mostly on Minmatar. I will pay a premium for this character. Carrier skills will be paid for but won't be considered a bonus as I won't be flying one any time soon.

Things I don't want:

Useless industry skills etc.

Please post your character. You will get top dollar from me on this one. I have a great budget. No characters with less than 40million SP please
