I got idea of EVE high score list. It could have categories like the most expensive ship loss, most kills, most cubic meters of rock mined and so on.

The most expensive ship loss could be divided into categories for different ship sizes and one page could show all ship sizes.

All these categories are divided into timezone categories: today, this week, this month, this year.

Bounty list already have high score list so Im proposing similar system with more categories.

Comments are welcome for my idea and you can also give ideas for more high score categories.

Discussion in EVE chat often turns to mining Veldspar! This makes me think who has mined most Veldspar today. All different rock types could have top 10 miners list.

There could also be record history meaning you could check who has mined most veldspar last week or week before it or so on.

All time records could be saved to hall of fame.

except he wouldn't - I'd get him some weeks when I mine veldspar for one of my 'little' projects (like a freighter - when I mine iwht orca support, nearly all day long..... bet you I'd beat him)

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it [u]WILL[/u] be.

I guess that'd need the option to 'never appear on highscore list' or you could just reduce your mining yield.... it could be quite a powerful tool for miner-bumpers/gankers.... as it tells them likely fits - maybe not one for mining.......
