Spawn value increase over time?

Lets say no one checks asteroid belt 7-2 for 10 hours, when someone finally checks it, "triggering" a spawn, will that spawn have a higher potential of value than if it were being checked and cleared every 30 minutes?

Basically, does the potential value of a spawn go up the longer it's not being triggered into spawning? So the longer a potential spawn point for NPCs goes unchecked, a higher probability of that location spawning a "rare" increases?

It will not, values are random based on its location. So they can be any value between x and y.

Always willing to help all you have to do is ask, though if you're in the other fleet I may not help the way you want. Just a heads up. Pub Channel: Lost Souls Trading Post

Are you sure there isn't a hidden variable that increases the worth of a spawn the longer it goes unchecked? I'm not saying it's impossible it's all random. But from my experience, it seems as though I get better spawns the longer I go between checking. If I "grind" out some belts, frequently checking them, the spawns are tiny. If I only go intermittently, they are better.

as far as i am aware, there is a sort of cycle of ever more powerful spawns. if you kill the spawn, the next one will be stronger until at some point the cycle resets and you get the weakest possible spawn again. this does not happen if you leave it untouched though, at least as far as i know.

I should buy an Ishtar.

Correct on the responses, the best strategy is to clear the belts of lower spawns as fast as possible until you get a good ISK spawn, then you kill off all the good ships and you leave at least 1 cheap ship there (Usually a frigate), that lone ship will respawn the same money making spawn in about 10 minutes. The same spawn may move belts though but this can be hindered my damaging the lone spawn holder ship into its armor (Or structure if it is armor repping), drones are nice to use so that you don't accidentally instapop it.

Only exception is Officer, Faction, and Hauler spawns, these DO NOT respawn so you want to clear the entire spawn and get the ISK while you can.
