Character 4.5 Standings with Caldari State.
Character 3.11 Standings with Amarr Empire.

Has Mastery 4 on Falcon and Kitsune with over 2.1M SP on Drones.

Can Mine, Planetary Interaction, Scanning and Hacking, Stealth Bombing and Covert ops.

Has most general skills so is not really a specialised character except for ECM.

I am selling with no assets or isk.

this sale is infact not keeping with CCP rules, character must be in npc corp when posted, i suggest u do that soon or they will come along and lock the thread. 2nd point no one is going to buy your character unless u create an eveboard so we can check the exact skills you have.
do this and u will get interest in the character, i myself am interested but the as above needs to be done.
nothing in the way of snappy, just trying to help you along with the sale.
