So there is:
Emperor
Lord
Lady
St. (Saint)
Prophet
Brother

Or does that pretty much cover it?

Also:
Empress
Duke
Duchess

Slaver
Slaver Scum
Zealot
Zealot Scum
Slaver Zealot
Zealot Slaver
Slaver Zealot Scum
Zealot Slaver Scum

...

In all seriousness, though, you should probably add Empress and Holder to your list. Those are the two glaring exceptions I can think of off the top of my head.

Quote:
Titles

The only official title within the Empire for Holders is simply Holder. The title of Holder may be held by either a man or a woman, with Lord or Lady being the proper form of address. Some titles have indications of holdings, such as the title Holder of Dakba

So it probably wouldn't fit naming conventions, I mean not like: 'Holder Jai Cantarium' etc.
But also:

Quote:
Certain Holders, for historical or traditional reasons, take more extensive titles, such as Duke. These titles may denote higher levels of authority.

So Duke would qualify as well, and I'd assume Duchess.

Ah yes, I overlooked Empress in the list, thanks.

rrrrly? I clicked on a thread notification because someone was too drunk to properly aim the pointer over the GD forum link? hehe

anyhoot, what interests me the most are the titles more directly related to the religious class. I've only seemed to find Prophet, St. and Brother used as proper titles which would denote some form of direct religious system hierarchy. That seems quite narrow, maybe I'm missing some titles in there.

As far as Amarr go, check out the Speakers of Truth. They're pretty badass but more rare than capsuleers.

There was some guy recently who claimed to be a Speaker and the reception was like he claimed to be Empress..I dont know what your reasoning for asking this but keep that in mind. Strangers who show up claiming they own the stars are often laughed at because such RP isn't very accepted for many reasons. But if you do it well perhaps there would be a different reception...

Besides the Holders, Heirs are considered to have some religious oversight but everyone is superceded by The Theology Council and even they are superceded by The Speakers of Truth.

Evelopedia is a great source for this kind of information.

As far as my comment being a drunk comment directed for GD....I'm in Puerto Rico right now drinking pina coladas and only have a tablet to interact with EVE while I'm away....so keep that in mind but yes.....

hah yeah, I load forums with a Nex7 sometimes, I know how it's a pain to tap out a lengthy post and with links and all that, thx. Yep, pretty much been referring to the Evelopedia (see above 'Duke' reference quote), but then there are always other additional sources of info such as in-game NPC's etc. Been trying to avoid getting into notational outlines, just a lot of documentation to go through - somewhat dry. But in story craft, it's good to at least understand the names and titles. Hah 'Emperor [player name]', a bit over the top, yes.

Occasionally you will come across someone using some noble ranks (baron, count, earl, etc.) or, less often, minor royal titles like duke. It fits into the lore well enough but is a little uncommon.

I waited 7 years before CVA's clergy titled me.

That seems a reasonable length of time to aim for to avoid major scoffage. Smile
