was bored so I've built cap stable coercer with perma run armor repper and 8 meta 4 pulse lasers.

I'm jumping all over amarr space doing combat anomalies just killing everything and moving next.

so far out of 5 sites got 2 officer rats.

I approve of this practice and having fun.

back to pew pew.... Twisted

P.S.
should take this ship to low sec see what I get there...

Yeah I sometimes go blast through them in an AF, the escalations can be fun. One of the easiest things to find in EVE.

I'm in it for the money

You'll find that the den is probably the best encounter for the destroyer, since the highsec den is something of a present from CCP to tempt people into doing anomolies with very high rates of commander spawns, has what is techinically a lowsec belt commander, and has a high (~4%) escalation rate. In the future, you may find the ded 5 escalation that can pop from them to be an enjoyable encounter, but doubt your destroyer can finish them solo. I used to farm serp dens a lot and have a full lowgrade snake set to show for it (the commanders do pop a lot and have all the implants on their loot table, including the 300m+ ones).

Lowsec specific encounters generally need the dps of a HAC to turn over the encounters fast enough to see commanders or escalations before you die of boredom and old age, and the escalations will probably pop ~8 jumps away and in nullsec if it can reach nullsec from where you are farming.

yup tried the Blood Den earlier...
between mother of all painful dpsing dessies and sentry guns and vampire cruisers it was royal pain to finish in destroyer. I'll probably need cruiser for those.

Those anomalies are doable in T3?

one of the epic moments were soloing vs 3 cruisers (blood raiders) which all of them used vamps so I had to circle them in 15km radius (all of them) in order to escape it.

really wish I had T2 guns though...

we past that dilemma already...

but let's say you want to use salvage drones on those faction frigates, which rank you need to avoid being in constant loop over their wrecks?

Small advanced ships, including faction spawns, have base chance of 0%. With level 5 in salvage drones, you have therefore a 13% change of succesfully salvaging a wreck.

With five drones you have five chances every cycle, which should speed things up a bit. At lower levels I wouldn't recommend it. I once tried it at level 3 and thought I'd die of old age before it would work. (I finally gave up after half an hour.)

Train at least level 4 in Salvage Drones.

As for running high sec anomalies and getting Commander Spawns - concentrate on the regular (not Hidden, Forsaken or Forlorn) Hideaway / Burrow anomalies.

Those sites can be completed very very quickly and from my experience have the best percentage chance to spawn Commander NPC's. Also don't forget to make a little detour to the 'Landmark' beacons listed in the Overview as well. Those have up to 1/2 dozen NPC's (no wave spawns) and every once in a while will have a Commander NPC present.
