Make it even with W-Space. For far too long, plebs have been relying on local as a crutch.
It's about time the 0.0 players learned to watch gates & d-scan.

delayed local in null - I think it doesn't have to be sov-space, just non- NPC, though saying that, I doubt there is any unclaimed space left?

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it WILL be.

Oh Lord, guy's can we just admit something. Nullsec shouldn't behave like wormholes. With wormholes you can control your entrances and exits, yet with nullsec you have static entrances and the partially broken power projection of a cyno. Local in no way is broken, it provides as much information to both parties. What people have a problem with, is that large alliances have 'perfect' Intel channels. Which is absolutely not true, Intel channels are barely useful, and people get plenty of kills even with these in place.

This has been suggested for Lord knows how long. If I remember CCP said they wouldn't do it. Enough is enough.
