There are those R.d items in the game and they belong to 'science and industry' but I couldn't figure out what they are used for?

So far I could figure out the most complex things and even go on 'treasure hunting' every now and then to collect some Talocan relics for cosmos items but R.d I have no clue.

Copy and Research of T2 BPOs.

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

Everyone knows that only goofswam has T2 BPO's. And the presence of T2 BPO's is TOTALLY destroying any lowly, normal, non-space rich T2 producer from making decent profit. Either everyone should get T2 BPO's, or they should be removed from the game.
