This however does voilate the EULA your not allowed to sell services like these without a liscence which clearly none of us have yet.

I for one have my settings to max noramlly allowed. There is a way to bump it up to near developer like quality but I dont feel like melting my computer today.

Okay it won't actually go up to 1000 for some people

because obviously not everyone's computer is the same

but it will increase a lot still

Overclocking.


Once did it to an old system running WOW - had the best graphics I ever saw from that system for about 15 minutes.

Then the computer was cooked.

Um...Monitor refresh rate essentially means how many frames it draws in a second. You could have a card that can display 1000 frames per second but having a monitor with 60hz means that you're limited to what your monitor can only draw, 60 frames per second.
