Stop Rendering when Screen is Locked

When the game client is minimized, it will automatically cut down on the amount of rendering that it does, this means that if you're running EVE in the background your GPU does not suck electricity.

However, this does not carry over to when the screen is locked, at which point it will clock up the GPU when I want it least - when I'm not at the PC.

Please detect the lock screen being active, and cut down on processing.

How about just minimizing the screen before going afk?

Please detect the lock screen and log out the client...

You may be interested to know that based on what CCP has stated many, many times, process of logging in a user requires hugely more resources than leaving one idling.
