In case people missed the announcement, the Goons are getting ready for another BJ on 25 April through 28 April.

You should fly a freighter in Burn Jita. Put in a double wrapped (courier contract it to your alt and put it into a container) Damage Control I module and platinum insure your freighter. Then laugh on the disappointed Goons. And troll them openly. The Goons had hilarious 62% ISK ratio last year, so for every 1B kill they had to pay 600M ISK and they have no insurance. You can simply outlast them and win Burn Jita, without even firing a gun! They are after your tears, give them trolling and laughter! The tears of "highsec pubbies" is the very goal of Goons. Without it, they have nothing but a bombless bomber, a paplink and several multi-million HP structures to grind. Take the tears from them and they stop loging in! Get Burned in Jita is the best place to cleanse these schoolyard bullies from EVE!

If you are a PvP type, get into Scorpion/Blackbird, pre-lock Goons and jam them when they go GCC. They can't shoot and Concord kills them with you on the killmail. You can rack up hilarious amount of kills and it's not whoring as you really stopped them.
