Re-Customisation Specular Shader Flicker Under nVidia Drivers v285.62

My rig is equipped with the following:

Intel Core i7 950 Quad Core (3.07 GHz)
12 GB DDR3 RAM
nVidia GeForce GTX 460 with nVidia GeForce Drivers v285.62 (latest version, released 24th October 2011)

When in the character re-customisation screen, I get a persistent flickering of the specular shader that provides the soft shine on leather and the hard shine on metal buckles. Observe:

Flicker "On"
Flicker "Off"

This shader appears to be stuck "off" in CQ, leaving my clothes with no shine at all. This problem is present on both Tranquility and Singularity.

I've only noticed this problem since installing the new drivers. I would try a rollback but I recently had some very nasty system instability related to my nVidia drivers, and I only just got my rig stable again by scrubbing all trace of nVidia drivers from it and starting from scratch, so there's no rollback available.

Can this be looked into?

Correction - specular shaders seem to be working normally in CQ. The problem is limited to recustomisation.

I can confirm the same flicker in the character generator.
I made a new character over the weekend and noticed the pronounced flicker on any shiny surface, but worse on trousers and belts with fancy adornments.

I have an Nvidea GeForce GTS 450 and using the same 285.62 drivers.

I’m unable to do a roll back as I always do a clean install of graphics drivers.

I submitted a bug report regarding this issue but so far have gotten no response.

Can also confirm this issue.

Have nVidia GTX GeForce 485M, same 285.62 drivers.

I have also noticed this flickering effect on clothing in the character creator, thought it might be a problem with my hardware.

Card is an Asus GTS 450, visible using driver 285.62 and the 285.79 beta.
