10 billion / 1.5 billion = 6 marauders/pirate battleships with plenty left over for ammo.

So, one of each Marauder, one Mach, and .....??? (And to be honest, I'm not sure about the Mach, even after the summer expansion.)

Would a 10 billion isk budget be enough to fit a Nestor to be useful in level 4s?

Oh, and on a more serious note, buy a cheap T2 Navy Raven so you can spend the rest on a pile of Frigates, Cruises, Destroyers and Battle Cruisers you can lose gloriously in explosions.

Fastest 720mm cannons + 5x Tobias' Gyro is going to run you to 41B. Add a few tracking computers and it's 68B. Those 400M implants are not going to hurt on this setup anymore.

But hey, it's 5.02s RoF, 3553 volley and 707 DPS. Add 5x hob 2's for total DPS on 806 before fleet boosts.

Same thing with 425mm AC's yields 1015 DPS total with RoF of 1.65s

Rattlesnake- T2 Buffer(maybe Burst Tank Hybrid)/stabbed/2 smarties/MJD/Lights,Meds,Sentries=1b ISK
2 Falcons for 2 alts- Plate/Rainbow ECM/Instalock=280m ISK
Pocket Rest and wait for system to spike, gankers to show and go suspect= Priceless

If unable to stop damage with ECM, I would try to cycle my two Plasm SB on the snake and take as many down in my concordunken as possible shouting phrases that include hister terms like "YOLO", "DOSH", and "SWAG" in Local. Then High Fives and gfs all around!
