1.1b for 45d @ 15% Invention [FILLED - IN PROGRESS]

Edit: Percentage raised to 15%, as per MD members suggestions, to better compensate for the loan.

I am looking for an investor to help initiate my Tech 2 invention and production runs. Prior to this I have been using corporate BP's to manufacture and research for my corporation and local market. I can run multiple copy jobs simultaneously through 2 characters and my corporation has given me access to blueprints for invention. After 45 days of continuous running 15% interest will be paid back, along with the initial investment, to the investors. Message me if you would prefer incremental, we further discuss how you'd like that to look.

The ISK will be used for:

- Purchasing materials for production
- The last portions of my POS (also can be used for future endeavors)
- Pax Amarria
- 3 Exotic Dancers (Female) [Current local rate is 1,250,000.00 ISK per]

Screenshot will be provided upon purchase of Exotic Dancers.

If, for some reason, the endeavor fails then purchased POS assets along with personal ships will be used to refund the loss. If this isn't satisfactory, I understand.

Apologies. Added an addendum to the bottom. Personal assets can be partial collateral, and POS assets can be sold for the remainder if, for some reason, the manufacturing takes longer than expected or doesn't meet the required interest rate.

I've seen more absurd proposals get funded uncollateralized, so I'm not entirely bothered by that. I do however think 1.1b is still a somewhat large sum of money for a first, or even second, time loan.

If you can reduce the loan down some, I'll consider it. If not, I probably can't consider it.

Maybe someone else like I LIKE IT would jump on this

That is a very helpful tip, I appreciate it. I've taken it into consideration, and reworked my offer. Is 15% reasonable? I see plenty of 15% loans being offered, and that seems like a moderate size of my profit margin, so is it safe to assume 15% is fair?

Obviously since I'm the one asking for the loan I don't have a lot of ground to stand on. Ultimately I want to cater to the investor who is loaning the ISK, but any higher than 15% seems slightly unreasonable and also difficult for me to maintain a worthwhile profit of my own.

Let me know if the new change to 15% is more reasonable, thanks very much.

I don't think you're trolling, because I've seen you send ISK for other loans, but NEOCOM on my iPhone isn't showing the isk received yet.

(Can't wait for this to turn into a SCAM!!!1! thread. )

Could you double check you sent it?

Neocom has a slow API pull, ill check when I get home.
