Something to drop in belts for ore compression when is corp too poor for rorqual or freighter or risk impact too high or its is otherwise impractical to use either. Because this summer CCP is swelling ore and ice by 38%.

Sorry but 90% of ore transportation issue is over by the time ore is hauled back to a POS or station. You have easy options to haul in freighter or refine ore there as long as someone has good refine skill.

IDK could be 60M ISK special hybrid derived from combining small POS tower and new POS ore compression. 2-5 minutes to anchor or unanchor. Destroyer class tank for rat (& "roid") resistance in high sec and maybe cruiser class tank on higher priced unit for low sec and BC class tank for T2 version for null or wh. Maybe first structure with fittings like ship so use can buff tank with modules.

More pirate bait. Ought to make every one happier.
(Except the CCP designer who thought compressing ore at POS right before refining was the solution.) Twisted

I suppose that maximum convenience suggests a fleet hanger of about 42K m3 size for swapping uncompressed ore in from an Orca fleet hangar when the last batch of compressed ore is finished.

Or maybe an input/processing fleet hangar of up to 68K m3 for swapping ore out Miasmos and a separate output fleet bay of 2250-7000 m3 for finished compressed ore blocks.

Perhaps a separate output bay situation might have different fleet privileges on output than input.
