Distribution missions: rep gain

Premise: Small reputation gain from the corporation receiving courier Distribution goods.

The thought behind this idea was of one's reputation being improved with a corporation as reliability and timely delivery were shown in the deliveries they received. The actual reputation gain would be very small, affected by the pilot's supporting social skills and their standing with that faction and corporation.

Loyalty Points and/or ISK would not be gained from the receiving company, just a small reputation gain. This change would only affect courier missions, where goods are moved from one NPC station to another.

For instance, a mission is accepted from Kaalakiota, to deliver food to Freedom Extension. Upon successful completion, the pilot would receive the standard gains from the Caldari mission, as well as a small reputation gain from the Minmatar for the delivery. If the pilot actually had good standings with both corporations, the gain from Freedom Extension would be higher than if he did not.

I think this is a very reasonable idea...
don't really see how it can be abused
balancing obviously needs to be done, but there's no isk-printing mechanic here......

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it WILL be.

Disagree. If running security missions, incursions, or faction warfare generates LP and isk, so should distro missions.

Lowering the average to make you look better since 2012.

Like this suggestion?

My ridicule, heavy criticism and general pale outlook about your or CCP's ideas is nothing but an encouragement to prove me wrong. Give it a try.

What would the reputation be used for? Is it something tangible? Would any agent care about reputation or is it for players?
(or are you not distinguishing between "reputation" and "standings", in case I've gotten confused?)
