I was having problems in game with a few things like not being able to comple a mission plus buying stuff and being charge ISK for it and it no showing in my hanger. So I uninstall the client and now reinstalling and now it is showing it will now take over a day to redownload it . The 1st time I downloaded the client it took less than 45 mins. And now it is not my internet connection I just downloaded a few games off of steam that is the same size or bigger in less than 45 mins.

I can't help with the download issue but when you buy things you can buy from anywhere in the region if it does not show in the hangar it's is because it is located in another station, the one it was being sold at.

Well when I bought it I was buying from the station like I always do. In fact I did it twice to make sure I was not buying from a jump or 2 away.

K, well in the future redowloading the game isn't going to help rye logging maybe but not redowloading.

Is it possible that you were looking in your cargo hold instead of your station inventory? There's a few windows that show assests:

-Ship Cargo
-Station Inventory
-Assets tab

The assets tab lets you view assets at any station and you can search for your missing items here. This will tell you where they are, but you can't move them from this menu. You'll have to go to the station and use the inventory window.

If the mission you are having trouble completing is a tutorial mission and you are completely stuck then you can petition a GM to reset it for you. Click the help button in game to get started. However, it's likely that others here could help you figure it out if you give some details.

Super download is a real problem with this game now. If it went to your trash folder you may be able to restore it back.

Next time open assets and use search.

If you have a friend who plays eve. You can copy the complete eve directory for a Uch faster restore. It doesn't hurt to have a copy on a flash drive for backup or playing at a friend's house.

The eve client is pretty robust and simply copying it an pasting it somewhere else will give you a working client (I keep one on a usb so I can quickly get involved should I need to).

Secondly, in EVE almost everything is handled server side to eliminate "cheating" if something isn't working right it's usually a mismatch of info between you and the server.

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

Please Note: Any advice given comes with the caveat that nothing will be suitable for every situation.

I always keep a copy of the offline installer on-hand on a USB flash drive.
