Wierd issue with Eve inside a C5 WH im scouting to steal.

So I have covered all 50 moons and know were my enemy lies but I am sitting in my safe spot and I have 0 isk and some chat does not work as well as assets and such. Then my ships start aligning to different things and I start warping, I then am uncloaked and cannot recloak its just flashing red, so I safe logged.

If I lose my ship due to a **** up will be pissed!
