Inject Plex for Skillpoint remap

now that we have 2nd and 3rd Character training for plex we could push up plex prices a bit more by adding the possibility to inject a plex for repartition skillpoints like

for 1 plex u can redistribut 20 mio skillpoints from any skill u spend skilltime in to another u need them

No to pay 2 win. Even small iterations are a slippery slope that the entire community decided they didn't want to go down. There was riots and everything...

Dude, where are you? I used to have so much fun in my Viator doing hauls as you and your mates tried to lock me up in your Vexors as I passed through. Place is dead silent now; completely boring.

I leveled up and am doing higher value ganks now. Also, catching a manually piloting Viator is nearly impossible, so the focus was on t1 industrials anyway, the occasional BR gank was just icing on the cake. Fly safe!
