Lost redeemed Item

I've redeemed the new implant, but can't find it anywhere. I've looked in the proper place (Jita 4/4) with the right character, but it is not there, nowhere in my assets and I can't redeem it anymore. I've petitioned it two days ago.

So, how long does it take until a petition is answered or precessed?

Usually you get answered pretty quickly, but there are exceptions. I think each category has a separate queue and they all tend to get bloated during expansions, so don't expect a quick reply on any non-critical issues at this time. They are processed in the order they were filed, so if you didn't file it under the wrong category they'll propably get around to dealing with it soon. This issue is also a pretty clear cut case, since everyone with an active sub at the time should get one, so you'll likely get yours no matter how long the petition takes.

Thanks. I've petitioned it under the Assets & Items category a few hours after Crucible was launched. I'm just worried that it will be lost forever if it takes to long. And the prices in contracts are falling day by day Sad

Are you sure you didn't misplace it?

Assets won't search in ships and containers. If the implant is in one of those you won't be able to find it unless you use something external to search for it. I use jEvEAssets for that. (Sorry, I don't have a current link.)

Also...are you 100% sure you didn't plug it in to your current or any other clone?
