As the title suggests, I am in the market for a mining toon.

Some of the required skills and levels I am looking for.

Drones
Drones: V
Mining Drone Operation: IV
Scout Drone Operation: IV

Resource Processing
Astrogeology: V
Mining: V
Mining Upgrades: IV
Pyroxeres Processing: IV
Refinery Efficiency: IV
Refining: V
Scordite Processing: IV
Veldspar Processing: IV

Spaceship Command
Exhumers: IV
Mining Barge: V

Any additional skills will be considered for additional value and proposed buy offer. However, I am looking to at least get the skills listed above. I will consider toons that have nearly all the aforementioned levels, however the buy offer will reflect that.
