I set out to create an overview setting to hunt flagged pilots in empire. In the Overview Settings window, for Types I have all ships types selected. In the States tab I have 5 things checked:

+ Pilot has a kill right on him you can activate
+ Pilot has a limited engagement with you
+ Pilot has a security status below -5
+ Pilot is a creminial
+ Pilot is a suspect

When I see pilots in space that are flagged as such they do not appear in my overview.

Has anyone else seen this and are there suggestions for a workaround?
