There used to be a dev-monitored threadnought on all the little things that bugged us, but weren't really bugs. It's not here anymore, so...

I'm sick of getting free noobfrigs EVERYWHERE when I'm just traveling by pod. Can we get an option to request a noobship if we dock without a ship? I wonder how many never-used noobships are clogging up the database...
