Changing color tags of abandoned drones

suggestion to make abandoned/left behind drones change to the neutral color tag (no color tag) instead of staying blinky red (if at war) or any other color it applies to

countless times i've looked at the screen and saw a blinky red icon in space only to find out its a drone left behind hrs ago
