You can amuse yourself by trolling but the matter remains, the person has no reason to say this unless it was true. The fact other people piped up saying this was the case and for the latest person to get ganked should petition to be reimbursed makes me believe its happening.

If you were there you would be worried as well

Bah, ganking ships with 20 isBoxed tornadoes is not fun at all, its like shooting fish in a barrel.

Its actually a good question, whether the loss to isBoxed gank should be reimbursed or not. Arguments on both sides are valid.

On one hand, if guy has 20 accounts, he has a right to use them simultaneously as he sees fit. And how is being ganked by 20 isBoxer nadoes different from being ganked by 20 regular pirates?

On the other hand, isBoxing in gank PvP specifically is a very unfair advantage over regular guys - instantaneous reaction time, flawless execution, etc. isBoxer is a very useful tool for PvP scenarios where precision strike is required. Not so much in regular free-flowing combat, where it may be restrictive, but for ganks, its amazing tool.

So I dont know if I would object to a reimbursement. Where do you draw a line? I use alts as scouts/falcons/combat cynos etc. Not isBoxed, but multi-boxed - similar thing in principle.

I would probably come to a compromise. Reimburse first vindi loss, say second wont be reimbursed. And keep eye on isBoxing guys - if its just 1 or 2 dudes who do it in high sec, let them. If it grows uncontrollably, well, then CCP has a problem.

isboxing a mining fleet is unfair to the regular guy too.
