Static Wormhole (The Devil´s Gate)

A massive static WH that leads into a system filled with an alien race so strong that you can only take em on with a fleet of titans and supers. That WH should be called ´´The Devil´s Gate´´. As soon as you would jump in you would be greeted by a super gate camp of these aliens against which only a fleet of titans could tank them long enough to start killing them one by one with the rest of the fleet jumping in..like capital logistics and so on.

Pretty sure you can get much that same fight by jumping ykur Titan fleet into the territory of anyone else with a titan fleet.

Agreed.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

Maybe not supers, but would be amenable to have it be the combat equivilant of a c6. Not a static, though, but a very rare one that spawns for several days and stays in the same location without any mass limits, then moves to another system. Lowsec only.

That is a very cool idea for the WH to stay on for a week then collapse. Maybe even be the only one in the whole universe of eve that spawns somewhere ones a week.

Is this the very reason you kill people´s POSs in WHs? I looked at your killboard Blink

A better idea would be to open the EvE Gate again, but make it go to random C5+ holes every 24 hours.

Star Jump Drive A new way to traverse the galaxy.

This is the worst idea I've read on the forums today.

Things are only impossible until they are not.

dont argue with the nullsec and empire guy, they dont want more wormhole, they want less system, the blue donut is coming...

masternerdguy started a thread about triage for logistic so... you see my point.

agreed i think that would be very cool..a masive WH that jumps you into a system somewhere off the map where as soon as you are in you are greeted by a super gate camp by these creatures and you would only be able to tank them if you jump a titan in with capital logistics. it should be only one of these massive WHs that spawns one every week somewhere in low sec in front of a station or stargate :-)

And thus guarantees that only the major nulksec alliances can access and profit from these areas? No thanks...any new area must be open to all, as it is the msjor alliances will already dominate any new region or complain about those they can't access (e.g. hisec incursions).

Aliens are already in the game.

Once upon a time the Golem had a Raven hull and it looked good. Then it transformed into a plataduck. The end.

Sleepers are human, much like the Talocan. Very very advanced, but still very much human.
The ships themselves are just automated guardians for their cryo-storage sites and ancillary facilities, even though many of those are long dead. They most likely struck out on their own after coming to new Eden in the far past, before the initial fall.

If you want the feeling of being shred to pieces, run escalations.

The feeling when your dread's shields + 30% armor disappear in a heartbeat against 26 very united sleepers is quite priceless.
(Also, I refit from repper+adaptive+4 Gyros to an actual tanky fit on the fly whenever that happens ;) )
