45mill Sp Looking for a Home.

I have +45mill SP mostly in combat skills. I have recently started eve back up after taking a 4 year break. although absent for a period am am still quite experience and have a vast knowledge of eve and how to play. I Spent most of my time flying in +100 member gangs with everything from frigates to many capitals ships in negative sec., against some of the largest alliances in the game at that time. my last corporation and alliance even built two stations. Unfortunately upon returning to eve i have discovered that every alliance and corp i knew is gone..... and am clueless to whos fighting who....

What I am looking for:

-A Decent Size Corp thats been Established for more than a year min( +80)( very interactive with each other,)
-Decent Size Alliance (+200)(Also willing to work together for large goals, and large battles at a moments notice)
- Member Activity (members of alliance and corps play often)
-Location (must have a permanent location in NULL SEC ONLY)
- PVP (opportunity and willingness of members for frequent PVP is a must!)
-PVE ( Very profitable income -sec Rats)(or a way to supply members for PVP)
-Mature (Members cant sound like there 12)(this is for my sanity)
-Friendship (helpful to others)
-Experience( members are remotely trained in PVP and PVE, or know where to find information on)

Maybe I can interested you in our corp RIOT? We seem to suit your needs very well.

To go along your points..

We are a medium sized small gang pvp corp and have had a viable amount of pilots for years. We´re in an active pvp alliance with plenty of members to have gangs daily. We live in NPC Geminate, where we do no nonsense pvp. No endless structure grinding or pap links. We´re no pets to goons either. We are independent and have very few blues. PvE is a possibility but is really just a thing you should do to keep the wallet high enough to buy ships while waiting for payout from our excellent corp-wide SRS scheme. We are a 21+ corp so we look for mature members, so no 12 year olds on comms except in the background because we have some family people. We take pride in giving our members a family like enviroment where they can have fun and bond with eachother. We are no strangers to eachother, we talk regularly on comms even when not playing EVE.

Experience.. I'll not even get to that. Just look at our corp age and you should know enough.

We are looking for dedicated pilots who can commit to the corp and want to be a part of the family that is RIOT and have fun flying alongside us.

GHIOT is a small organised corporation within Caldari factional warfare living within black rise

We're here for good fights, we're not too serious business and everyone gets involved in the action.

What We Do:
We're enlisted with Caldari Factional Warfare. We have lots of access to small gang and solo opportunities in one of the bloodiest low sec regions in EvE. We also team up with the militia almost daily for some bigger gang combat. Most combat in faction warfare is destroyer down however militia fleets are often cruiser down or BC down.
