If we're talking about individual methods, ganking specifically, then yes, this has been going on since the beginning of the game. That said, the specific elements that combine to form the NO along with their continued focus, not so much.


IEEE was pretty close, that was, what 5, 6 years ago?

Of course, these days Id half expect that the pursuit of Joe Phoenix would be called "bullying" and "sadism"
I don't think I was around for that. 2009 player and wasn't till mid 2011 that I really started to notice the greater goings on through the forums.

The OP states an observation and a conclusion.
Now, one month later, this thread has firmly evolved into a discussion that has virtually noting to do with the original topic.
It is also in essence a duplication of previous discussions about the New Order found elsewhere on this forum.
