While I appreciate the offers - the transfer cost alone is around 1.4B. Those aren't fair for over 16M sp.

I totally hear your point. Even if we consider an SP discount given the extra SP for destroyers/BCs, I still think these offers are unfair. Your offer is closer to being reasonable, and if we can get this done this weekend, I'm willing to go lower than I'd like. I'll be online shortly.
