Very little wasted skill-points at ~11.5m sp.

- all subs to 5
- T2 heavy missiles and heavy assault missiles
- covert ops cloak
- no corp history (2008 player)
- caldari navy lvl 4 missions
- remap available, plus 2 bonus (3 total)

Located in Jita IV-4.

No kill rights, positive sec status.
Mostly standard implants(4 of 5) plus 2%-3% missile hardwiring
