Logging into old accounts

Ok

So is there ANYWAY to found out old toons names on old accounts, im considering bringin back a couple of the old toons, howvever with over 30 accounts registered to my email and about 10 different toons the vairations of who was what when is PITA

Is there a way to find out what toons are on what accounts? or do i need to raise MULTIPLE petitions?

Just file 1 petition, and be as descriptive as possible.

And be patient with their reply. Don't start another thread if they haven't replied in 5 hours. Let them do their job...

No. Petition it.

It would raise a security issue if this info was public because its one of the steps required when logging in from a different IP address.

They say most of your brain shuts down on the EvE forums. All but the impatient side, and the sarcastic side. No wonder I'm still awake.

will give that a go, just hope they dont ask for toon names lol : ) i can remember a few, but with soooo many old accounts and my age advancing like it is :)

I reactivated an old account a while ago, and just took a guess at the toon name, which was pretty close and got the login sent by email.

The response is usually within 5 minutes. I guess when there is potential money to be had the GM SWAT team come crashing through the ceiling to answer the petition.

I don't even know, wow thats impressive 30 accounts, that's like rich people style. How many PC's do you have running and how many screens, oh my and the powerbill to run all that stuff.

I guess e-mailing support with your problem would be the best option, see if you can make them list the accountname/Charactername for you.

Yes as a matter of fact, do a password reset on each account, when you reset the password it will tell you the last pilot you logged on with.

I just did something similar. I forgot pilot names on some accounts, so I said "I forgot the characters on account x, y, and z, can you send a list of characters on those accounts to the email addresses associated with those accounts".

Got a list of characters by account within 2 hours.

Also, if you've ever imported them into EVEMon, it tends to remember all your characters (unless you've manually removed them).
e.g. from File > Manage API Keys or Tools > Characters Comparison

Failing that, you could look through old backups of EVEMon settings files (created automatically when you upgrade), or even bulk searching through your chatlogs / gamelogs, if you haven't cleaned them up. They all have a header with "Listener:" in the top few lines, which is the character you logged on with.

This signature intentionally left blank for you to fill in at your leisure.

Log in to each account on the account management site. You will see the characters there.

Submitting one ticket is generally the best course of action. If we can verify you are the account owner then we tend to be able to provide account information fairly quickly.

If you do happen to know the username of your accounts and the email address linked to them, then you can use the forgotten password link below. An email will be sent to you with a new password and also the name of a characters on the account:
