2) If Buyer requires a 3rd party, ONLY Chribba is acceptable. Fees are Buyers responsibility.
3) Half fee is required up front (unless 3rd party is used)
4) Upon joining, Buyer will be made Director. After inspection of corp, remainder of isk to be transferred to current CEO.
When isk received, Buyer will be promoted to CEO and after 24hrs I will leave corp.

Please note since Zombie corp becomes avail on Monday, I will not be avail to transfer until after approx 2300 Eve time.
