As the title says I want to buy a good pvp char (this means low or none industry, production, resource, science, trade skills) with more than 100mil sp.

Scanning skills at lvl 5 are welcomed. I could also use some carrier skills.

I'll maybe spend 35 bill if the char really worth the isk.

titan 4, all carrier and dread books are in, and he can t2 siege(caldari) and t2 triage (was mostly caldari, I am working on his other skills)
