Since most ideas are, to the complain panel here, bad.... ill suggest a bad one more :D

New cluster of systems, only one gate into each one. To get access, u need to buy permit of usage of a system from Concord. One time payment, no monthly fees to concord. Permit owner, can grant access to who he want and how many. Permits can be bought by both players and/or corps. Given access follows the person, whatever ship he choose to fly in. Permit owner, can grant access to who he want and how many.

Price for each permit for each system, is the same, but the systems can be both good and bad systems.

And a new small station are in each system, With facitilites enough to support whatever u are doing in that system, With limitations to how many players, ships and m3 storing Space.

When tired of being there, u can deliver back the permit and Concord can sell it to a another person/corp.

A heaven for carebears and loners....

NOW NERF THIS IDEA!

If you want to play in a deserted Eve Online universe, try the test server. Everything is cheap and there are usually only a few tens of people online there.

When I started reading the first post I thought it was going to lead to a arena system without standings loss for high security space. Like a big free-for-all arena system with various anomalies (with no rats or asteroids but a small amount of structures and decoration) for people to meet at and fight. Yeah yeah, people use the trade hub docking rings and the dueling system for that already.

I read it as "deadend lowsec system"

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Go play a single player game if you don't want multiplayer game players to mess with your sand castle.

Weakling.

EvE-Mail me if you need anything.

As it appears the OP is not serious about his own proposal and actively after negative replies, I can not come to any other conclusion than the following: this thread was started with one single purpose in mind, namely trolling.

Having reached that conclusion there is only one action that can follow: Thread closed.

The Rules:
5. Trolling is prohibited.

Trolling is a defined as a post that is deliberately designed for the purpose of angering and insulting other players in an attempt to incite retaliation or an emotional response. Posts of this nature are disruptive, often abusive and do not contribute to the sense of community that CCP promote.
