Tournament Team Captain for hire

Are you a keen tournament alliance but don’t have anyone to co-ordinate your efforts for XTII? Are you a sov-holding alliance with excellent fleet FC's, that are all too busy fighting wars to practice for tournaments? Are you a small gang (average 5-10 pilot fleets) PVP corp/alliance who has many pilots keen to take the plunge into the tournament scene and need someone to advise/help organise?

Look no further! I am a relative noob to the tournament scene (having only taken part in two alliance tournaments, two SCL's and one NEO) but I am highly enthusiastic about this rather obscure EVE career path. I very much enjoy theory-crafting set-ups, running/attending/preparing training sessions, researching alliance strategies etc.

For ATXI I pushed a group of awesome pilots with almost zero tournament experience right up to the last 8, only to be knocked out by veterans Agony Empire in the last weekend. In SCL 4 & 5 I took some of those pilots and mixed them with another corp of awesome pilots who had absolutely zero tournament experience and finished second in both, loosing out only to a team of Hydra/Volta pilots with tons of experience.

I am looking for an Alliance to share the AT12 experience with because making my own sounds like too much effort, and recruitment is not really my thing.

In my opinion great success in EVE Tournaments is only achievable with the committed teamwork of all members on a team and whilst I am happy to co-ordinate and take leadership of the following I would expect everyone in the team to step up and take part in some way.

What I will try my best to bring to your team (if you haven’t got it already).

Up-to date analysis and replication of current tournament meta for testing (in 8,10 and 12 man formats)

Theory-crafting for current tournament (strategies, fits and set-ups)

Organising of 2-3 practices a week between the announcement of the AT12 rules and the first match.

Managing the team, co-co-ordinating behind the scenes efforts

FC'ing matches (if you don’t already have a semi-competent FC)

As a side note – if your alliance offers/requires it, I would be happy to FC gangs/roams/defence fleets/structure bashes/mining ops/whatever in-between tournament preparations. I have a lot of experience organising ~ content ~ for people who can't be bothered to organise it themselves, details available on request.

Pretty much one of the best FC's I have had the pleasure of flying under, not only under Tournament circumstances but under any form of PVP.

If you are looking for someone that actually puts the team/fleet first and does alot of the hardwork, researching and planning for tournaments and practises this guy is a steal with good PVP experience to back it all up, be it Nullsec, lowsec or even wh space, man knows how to make a fight happen and then win it.

Would be a waste not to have him.... just dont hurt his head, its a bit fragile at times :P
