Maybe that chunk of the customerbase should harden the **** up?

Seriously, you keep harping on about this crap, and yet what would seriously happen? You'd cry for a day then go back to your BS. So I think people need to start doing a bit more ganking of the carebears.

Leadership is something you learn. Maybe one day, you'll learn that.

I don't remember when but there was something on singularity a long time ago, it went so far out of control that CCP said never again.

So forget it, never going to happen ever again.

Alternatively...

Make Concord become the victims of a universe wide system virus virus which causes the invulnerability of their ships drop for 24 hours, giving everyone the opportunity to get a Concord ship kill mail.

OR...

Move concord from hi-sec to null sec just for 24 hours, due to a special event.

Either would be fun.

It's funny how people would like Concord to be gone in high sec for a day, yet reluctant to make the same chance in low and null by adding Concord.

Sounds like: Lets change things in the other guys home in favor of our fun, but don't you dare doing the same to us.

I thought from what I remember Armageddon day happened on the test server and not the main server?

One could counter that assertion by pointing out that highsec has repeatedly gotten the other areas of space nerfed, for it's own benefit.

It's only now after the last few years that the tables are finally being turned. And look, such tears. Delightful, that after taking so much the thought of having to give something back is so unappealing. Fortunately game balance doesn't care.

This would be great, infinite escalations if all the major blocs allied so you have a system with 2/3's of eve vs all of concord. Now that would be something to have fun with.

Turning empire into null isnt what happened with the Armageddon day. They were having a expansion taking way longer than it was suppose to, the login got switched to the test server which was all 0.0 where people went to play for a day but almost no one knew it was the test server which caused some chaos.....I remember that day....I was there. Cool

Stupid idea. The universe is big enough that you have plenty of nullsec to play in without this.

No...it would only be fun for people who have played this game for years who could come in and stomp us new players who don't stand a snowball's chance in hell of surviving this kind of event.

Only if they did it as they did back in '07. Us Tq client but log into the test server, everyone has super high skill levels, lots and lots of money, and all the stations have stuff seeded into them. Limit it to just a few hours that day (Say... a few hours that night, eastern standard time >.> No bias!)

Could hype it up for weeks, people from different racial factions could join up in huge fleets (would love to see an amarr vs minmatar epic battle).

Would even get people who normally don't PvP to try it out risk free.

Same old bullshit excuse. Been PvPing since Day 1, got my first kill against a character who was a year older than I was. You don't need to have the skill points to be better, you just need to have the balls and an attitude to do something. And if you lose your ship? Not the end of the world.

I really, really want to start hunting you carebears down and popping your little ships just for ***** and giggles.

Your the big bad wolf. Your gonna huff and puff... Put a sock in it.

Why did they ever get rid of Armageddon day? I never did understand the reason. Yes, bring it back. One day is not the end of the world.

I think it would be a great idea, in fact why have it for only one day, make an entire weekend of it, I won't be undocking on those days though since I don't have the in game resources nor desire to PLEX a weekend of being clusterfucked by everyone in sight, but for those into that sort of thing I'm sure it will be fun.

I can still log in, update my skill que, chat, and look at Fukung on the in game browser, just like any other day.

I could get behind that.

That would be a great way to introduce non-PVP people to PVP. They'd load out, undock and get blasted to kingdom come, but I bet they'd have a hoot doing it. Nothing wrong with offering an 'EVE is fluffy and not harsh' event where everyone gets their stuff back at the end. If it ends up attracting more people to the dark side, it would be worth every bitter vet threadnaught we would have to put up with in the lead up to it.

Because Armageddon day NEVER EXISTED!
It was an expansion day that they were late getting TQ on so they redirected the main client to Sisi. Really, reading comprehension. This has already been said several times in this thread.
If you want it, just get a few hundred people to log onto Sisi at once.
