Hel characters that meet the criteria must have maxed/near maxed shield/armor skills, remote shield/armor.
Navigation skills, engineering and drone support skills need to be maxed/near maxed, cloak and Electronic Counter Measures.
Fighters/FBs lv5 a must, doesn't need to be able to use sentrys/heavy drones etc.
Minmitar Carrier/ Capital Ships lv5 a must.

Only wish to pay for what I'm looking for,not interested in wasted skills. Quality of focus over quantity of sp lol.

Link your characters and what your looking for them and I will mull them over, looking to purchase soon, since need another suitcase to haul ships around lol.

30days from capital ships 5 (kinda had abandoned that skill some time ago..).
The rest is pretty much there for a solid Hel pilot.

I'll keep my eye on your sale, since many of the skills are there, however both shield and armor skills still need to be done, FBs, electronic counter measures and the likes, meaning its a fair few months away from where I'd use it for its purpose, and although the pilot has quality, a lot of that quality is useless to the purpose I'm looking for, so I'd not be willing to pay anywhere near as much as you require.
